Healthy and refreshing chana kakdi salad prepared with fresh kakdi and tossed in a lemon juice with some seasoning.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sliced Kakdi or Armenian Cucumber 1
  2. Sliced Carrot 1
  3. Chana 2tbsp
  4. Chopped Green Chilli 1
  5. Black Salt to taste
  6. Lemon Juice 2tsp
  7. Black Pepper Powder 1/2tsp
  8. Chaat Masala 1tsp

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl add Kakdi, carrot, Chana, green chili.
  2. season it with black salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala and lemon juice. Toss well and serve.
