Ingredients to make Sabudana with curd

  • Soaked sabudana or Sago Pearls 250 gms
  • Boiled potato 1/2Cup
  • Roasted peanut Powder 1/4 Cup
  • Chopped Green chilli 1tsp
  • cumin Seeds 1tsp
  • curd 1Cup
  • sugar 2tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil 2tbsp

How to make Sabudana with curd

  1. Combine the soaked sabudana, peanuts powder, curds, coriander leaves and salt and sugar in a bowl and mix well so that no lumps remain.
  2. Heat a little oil in a thick bottom pan and add the cumin seeds and green chilies. Saute for 1 minute
  3. Allow this to cool and then add to the prepared sago mixture in the bowl. Serve Warm
