Bread Fruit Appam Bhalla

Ingredients to make Bread Fruit Appam Bhalla

  • Bread Slices 8
  • Curd 500gm
  • Chopped Mix Fruits1 Cup
  • Coriander Chutney 1tbsp
  • Tamarind Chutney 2tbsp
  • Black Salt 1/2tsp
  • Oil 1-2tsp
  • Roasted cumin seeds 2tsp
  • Water as required

How to make Bread Fruit Appam Bhalla

  1. Take a bread slice and wet them in water then press with your palm to remove excess water.
  2. Stuff the bread slice with chopped fruits and make them round in shape. Continue for rest of the slices.
  3. Heat the appam pan and put 1 drop of oil in each slot and cook the stuffed bread rolls.
  4. Whisk the curd well and add black salt and mix well.
  5. Put all the bread appam in curd and stir well.
  6. Sprinkle cumin seeds, coriander chutney, and tamarind chutney and serve.
