  • Hung curd - 2 tbsp
  • Olive mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
  • cashewnuts - 1 tbsp crushed
  • Figs(dried) - 2 tbsp cut finely
  • Mustard sauce - 3/4 tsp
  • Tomato - 1 cubed
  • Onion(vinegar)/spring onion - 2 tbsp diced
  • Salt to taste
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 to 5
  • Buns fresh/store brought

  1. Mix all ingredients together, except Lettuce leaves.
  2. Lay Lettuce leaves on halved bread and spread dressing on it.
