Ingredients to make Khus Yogurt Mousse in baked Churros Cups

  • yoghurt 1/2kg
  • saffron strands 1tsp
  • Khus syrup 5tbsp
  • Powdered sugar 8tbsp
  • nutmeg powder 1tsp
  • maida 4Cups
  • butter 1tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1/2Cup
  • 2Eggs

How to make Khus Yogurt Mousse in baked Churros Cups

  1. Boil 1cup of water and add butter to it.
  2. Gradually add maida, eggs and brown sugar to the boiling water.
  3. Cook on low flame and keep stirring to make a smooth paste.
  4. Let it cool. Transfer the thick paste into a piping bag.
  5. Spray oil on regular muffin tray and shape up the churros cups on muffin tray like the picture illustrated.
  6. Refrigerated churros for two hours before baking.
  7. Now, bake these cups in the oven at 140 degrees for 20 minutes.
  8. Let it cool completely.
  9. Whisk the yogurt with sugar and nutmeg powder.
  10. Add khus syrup and saffron strands. Mix well.
  11. Refrigerate the mousse for 1hour.
  12. Finally, transfer the mousse over churros cups with the khus sugar syrup on top.
