Hariyali Aloo Tikka Masala

Ingredients to make Hariyali Aloo Tikka Masala

  • 2 Boiled Potatoes cut into square.
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper cut into square.
  • 1 Onion cut into square.
  • 4tbsp Butter or oil
  • 1tsp Chat Masala
  • For marination
  • 1/2Cup Thick Curd
  • 1tbsp Gram Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 2-3 Green Chillies
  • 1 inch Ginger Pieces
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 5-6 Mint Leaves
  • 1tsp Cumin Seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Skewers Sticks

How to make Hariyali Aloo Tikka Masala

  1. In a blender, Add all ingredients of marination except gram flour and blend into a smooth paste.
  2. Add gram flour into this paste and mix well
  3. Add potato, bell pepper, and onion into it and coat nicely with this marination.
  4. Leave this marinated potato, bell pepper and onion into fridge for 15 to 20 minutes
  5. After that in a skewer stick thread marinated potato, bell pepper, and onion respectively.
  6. Repeat the same process to complete all Aloo tikkas.
  7. Heat a pan and roast tikkas with butter or oil on medium high heat till crisp.
  8. Switch off the flame, transfer it to a plate and sprinkle chaat masala and some drops of lemon juice.
  9. Serve hot with ketchup
