Ingredients to make Kachumar Tadka

  • 2 Cup Curd
  • 1 Cup of finely chopped mix vegetable Cucumber, onion, boiled potato, shredded cabbage.
  • 1tsp Jaljeera Masala
  • 2tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1tbsp Dried Mint Leaves Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • For Tadka
  • 3-4 Green Chillies cut into slits
  • 8-10 Curry Leaves
  • 1tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2tsp Asafoetida
  • 1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2tbsp Desi Ghee

How to make Kachumar Tadka

  1. Heat the curd add all the vegetables into it
  2. Add Jal jeera masala, cumin powder salt, mint powder and red chilly powder
  3. In a small pan heat ghee, add asafoetida, turmeric powder, and cumin seeds
  4. Add curry leaves and green chilies and pour the tadka on kachumar.
  5. Sprinkle some red chili powder and serve immediately with khichdi or pulao.
