3-ingredient Coconut Relish

Ingredients to make 3-ingredient Coconut Relish

  • 1/2 cup - grated fresh coconut
  • Little less than 1/2 cup full - cream milk
  • 3 tsps - sugar (adjust according to taste)
  • 2 tsps - ghee
  • For garnishing: cardamom powder (optional)
  • Chopped almonds (optional)

How to make 3-ingredient Coconut Relish

  1. Take a pan and heat it. Put ghee and cardamom powder.
  2. Once you start getting the aroma, put the grated coconut and roast a little.
  3. Once milk starts to boil and the mixture starts getting a little thick, add sugar.
  4. Let it cook a little on simmer.
  5. Add chopped almonds and let your kids have a healthy and yummy dish.

My Tip:

You can experiment with the amount of milk. A little condensed milk or mawa could also be added. You can serve the dish both cold and hot.

Seems simple and delicious
