This is an easy and quick recipe in my style, chicken is served by people in many ways, I always think to bring variations in my recipes so here I am going to show you how to prepare White Cream Chicken

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 750gm Chicken clean and washed
  2. 2 1/2 Cup Curd
  3. 2 1/2 Cup Amul Fresh Cream
  4. 3 Large Onion Paste
  5. 1 1/2tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  6. 5 Green Chilies
  7. 1tsp White Pepper Powder
  8. Salt as required
  9. 8 Cashewnuts soak and grind into fine paste.
  10. 1tbsp Kasturi Methi
  11. 5 Black Pepper
  12. 2 Green Cardamom
  13. 3 Cloves
  14. 1 Cinnamon Stick
  15. 1 Bayleaf
  16. 1tsp Cumin seeds
  17. 1tbsp Fresh Chopped Coriander
  18. 2tbsp Cooking Oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with curd, ginger garlic paste, salt, white pepper powder and green chilies. Refrigerate for an hour
  2. Heat oil in a wok, Add bay leaf, cloves, green cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon and cumin seed.
  3. Add onion paste n saute till the onion turn brown in colour.
  4. Add marinated chicken, green chilies cover the lid and cook till the chicken is cooked.
  5. Add coriander leaves, kasturi methi, cashew paste n Amul fresh cream. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
  6. Serve in bowl garnish with coriander leaves
