Ingredients to make Vegetable Bread Uttapam

  • Bread Slices 6
  • Curd 3/4 cup
  • Tomato finely chopped 1
  • Onion finely chopped 1
  • Capsicum finely chopped 1
  • Carrot grated 1
  • Ginger grated 1/2tsp
  • Spring onion finely chopped 1
  • Green chilli finely Chopped 1
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • oil 4tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2tsp

How to make Vegetable Bread Uttapam

  1. Take bread slices, and cut them in round shape with the help of a bowl.
  2. Now spread the curd evenly on the bread slices.
  3. Put chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, ginger, chili, and carrot on the bread slices.
  4. Lightly press the veggies on the bread pieces, now sprinkle salt and pepper over it.
  5. Heat a flat pan and drizzle some oil, then shallow fry the vegetable uttapam, until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with ketchup and dips of your choice.
My Tip: You can also bake the uttapam and add any vegetables of your choice.
