ABOUT Crispy Potols fry RECIPE

A crispy fry goes very well as a accompaniment with rice and curries. Stays crisp till the last peice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potols- 1/2 kg
  2. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  3. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  4. Sesame seeds - 3 tsp
  5. Rice flour - 1/2 cup
  6. Gram flour-1 tbsp
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut and deseed the Potols
  2. Wash and drain water completely
  3. Now add the spices
  4. Add the flours
  5. Mix all properly. Do not add any water as they were washed and drained. That wetness is sufficient.
  6. Now deep fry in small batches and transfer on a kitchen tissue and serve.
