Mutton masala

Ingredients to make Mutton masala

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1/2 kg sliced
  • Garlic ginger paste 1 tbspn
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Garam Masala as per taste
  • Kolhapuri masala as per taste
  • Red chilli powder as per taste
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil few teaspoons

How to make Mutton masala

  1. Clean and wash the mutton properly.
  2. Take oil in the cooker, put onions, mutton together, saute and stir fry till golden brown.
  3. Put ginger garlic paste and keep stirring.
  4. Add tomato puree.. Saute for 5 to 10 mins
  5. Add all the spices and salt.
  6. Put 2 glasses of water and cook for 10 to 15 mins..
  7. Close the pressure cooker and give 2 whistles.
My Tip: While cooking non-veg always keep in mind to put the salt in the end to keep the meat tender soft
