Schezwan sauce

Ingredients to make Schezwan sauce

  • garlic paste 25 gms.
  • ginger paste 15 gms.
  • Celery leaves 3 to 4 stem finely chopped
  • green chillies paste 100 gms
  • Kashmiri Chillies paste 25 gms.
  • red chilli Sauce 150 gms.
  • tomato ketchup 70 to 80 gms.
  • oil 200 ml
  • sugar 2 tablespoon
  • salt according to taste

How to make Schezwan sauce

  1. Take oil in a pan and heat it for 2 mins.
  2. Add Garlic and Ginger paste to the pan and stir it continuously for 3 mins.
  3. Add finely chopped Celery leaves to the pan and mix well.
  4. Add Green & Red Chilli paste and mix it well for a min.
  5. Add Sugar, Tomato Ketchup & Salt to the pan and mix well. Now keep mixing it till the sauce boils.

My Tip:

Keep mixing the sauce continuously to avoid the sauce sticking to the base of the pan.
