Ingredients to make #FRUIT CAKE WITH CURD FROSTING

  • Bread slices 16
  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • cottage cheese 1/2 cup
  • sugar 3 tbsp
  • kewra essence few drops
  • mango 1
  • Kiwi 2
  • Chikoo 2
  • grapes 15
  • almond milk 1/4 cup

How to make #FRUIT CAKE WITH CURD FROSTING

  1. Remove sides of all bread slices.
  2. Crumble cottage cheese. Blend cheese with sugar well using a blender.
  3. Add hung curd to cheese mix and blend into a smooth paste. Add kewra essence too.
  4. In a tray arrange four bread slices in 2*2 manner.
  5. Dab these slices lightly with Almond milk.
  6. Arrange thin mango slices over it.
  7. Cover again with four bread slices.
  8. Spread a layer of curd paste all over.
  9. Arrange thinly sliced Chikoo over curd spread.
  10. Cover again with four bread slices.
  11. Dab bread slices lightly with almond milk.
  12. Arrange thinly sliced Kiwi over bread slices.
  13. Cover with remaining four bread slices.
  14. Now cover whole cake with curd frosting (curd and cheese mixture) nicely. Spread the mix over top and all sides.
  15. Decorate the top of the cake with fruit slices.
  16. Cool in refrigerator and serve.
