- 6 - large potato
- 1 cup - sprouts
- 1 cup - sweet fresh corn
- 1/2 cup - curd
- 2 tsp - roasted cashew nut paste
- 1/2 cup - dried pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup - nicely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup - nicely chopped tomato
- 8 to 10 - leaves of boiled spinach
- 3 tsp - corn starch
- 1/2 tsp - black pepper
- 1/2 cup - honey
- 2 - green chilly
- 1/2 tsp - chilly flakes
- Fresh coriander leaves for green chutney and garnishing.
- 1 tsp - lemon juice
- salt to taste
- oil for cooking
