Ingredients to make Crunchy Detox Salad

  • Red cabbage 1/4 bunch
  • cucumber - 1
  • spring onion - 1
  • Cherry tomato - 5
  • Broccoli 2-3 stems
  • carrot - 1
  • almonds 1/4 cup
  • pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup
  • lemon
  • rock salt
  • Black pepper 1/4 tbsp

How to make Crunchy Detox Salad

  1. Chop all the ingredients except cherry tomato and broccoli in very small size.
  2. Boil water in a pan and dip broccoli in it for 15-20 seconds only
  3. Chop the cherry tomatoes half
  4. Chop the broccoli in small size
  5. Mix all the ingredients very well
  6. Add rock salt and black pepper in it
  7. Sprinkle lemon juice on it
  8. Serve it with fresh juice
  9. Almonds add crunch to the salad and makes it tastier.
