SUJI POTATO ROLL

Ingredients to make SUJI POTATO ROLL

  • #SUJI COVER
  • 1 bowl suji
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1/2 bowl curd
  • salt
  • oil
  • #STUFFING
  • 1 bowl paneer
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • 2 green chilies
  • Handful of coriander leaves
  • Green part of spring onion

How to make SUJI POTATO ROLL

  1. SUJI POTATO COVER
  2. Grate potatoes in water, strain and keep
  3. In mixing bowl mix all the ingredients, cover and keep aside for 30 min
  4. After 30 min see the batter, if needed water then add water and make it pouring consistency.
  5. Check the seasoning, remember we will be adding salt in stuffing also
  6. Heat a non-stick tawa, add oil on it and a ladle full of batter and make chilla
  7. Roast from both sides and remove in plate
  8. Make all the chilla the same way and keep aside
  9. #SUTFFING
  10. In a bowl mash paneer
  11. Chop onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, green stem of spring onion
  12. Mix all ingredients and add salt
  13. #ASSEMBLE
  14. Now take 1 chilla place it in plate and fill the stuffing in between
  15. Slowly roll the chilla and cut in between
  16. Serve with sauce or chutney
