Ingredients to make Watermelon and Curried Cottage Cheese Salad

  • Watermelon, Diced - 1 cup
  • Paneer, diced - 1 cup
  • Black Olives - a few
  • Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • Chaat masala - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tsp

How to make Watermelon and Curried Cottage Cheese Salad

  1. Mix together red chilli powder, salt and paneer pieces and set it aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan and saute the paneer cubes for just a couple of minutes until it begins to crisp on the outside.
  3. In a bowl, add the diced Watermelon, chopped black olives, fried paneer, some lemon juice, chaat masala and mix together.
