Ingredients to make Rawa cake

  • Rava 1 cup
  • All purpose flour 1 cup
  • Sugar powder 1 cup
  • 1 cup curd
  • One cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup milk
  • One cup oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • Tutti fruity half cup

How to make Rawa cake

  1. Sieve dry ingredients
  2. Mix curd and sugar beat it
  3. Now add oil, milk, vanilla essence beat it till smooth
  4. Add dry ingredients and coconut slowly
  5. Mix all together make a smooth paste, add tutti fruity .
  6. Pour this mixture in greased pot
  7. Bake it in preheated oven for 35 min on 180"

My Tip:

Add chopped dry fruit instead of tutti fruity
