Veg kofta

Ingredients to make Veg kofta

  • Potatoes 1 (big)
  • Carrot 2 (medium)
  • French beans 100 gms
  • Peas 100 gms
  • Paneer 200 gms
  • Green chilli 1
  • Coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Nuts - grind to powder ( as per the taste)
  • Onion 2 ( big)
  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 1/2 tsp
  • Tomatoes 2-3
  • Corn flour
  • Cream 2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Shahi Zeera- 1/2 tsp

How to make Veg kofta

  1. Boil all the vegetables and drain water from it.
  2. In a bowl take grated paneer, mashed potatoes, vegetables, green chillies, coriander powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, nuts, corn flour and salt. Mix them.
  3. Make balls and roll the balls in corn flour . Deep fry the koftas
  4. Put oil in a pan and add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and sauté till oil leaves. Then blend it to a fine paste.
  5. Again add oil in pan and put shahi jeera, masala paste, water, cream, cashew nut powder and give a boil.
  6. Now add koftas and sprinkle coriander leaves.
