Ingredients to make Mayonnaise curd burger

  • Burger bun 1
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • curd 1/2 cup
  • Chopped veggies (capsicum, corn kernels, tomatoes, olives)
  • Mixed herbs 1/2 tablespoon
  • cabbage leaves 2
  • Oats crumbs 1/2 cup
  • gram flour 1 tablespoon

How to make Mayonnaise curd burger

  1. Take bun and cut from center and keep aside
  2. Now take a bowl and take 4 cups of curd, gram flour, mix it and keep aside.
  3. Now take another bowl and add mayonnaise, curd, vegetables, mixed herbs. And mix mix mix
  4. Now take burger buns and place mayonnaise in burgers and keep aside.
  5. Now make patty of the mayo curd veggy mixture and dip it into the curd gram flour mixture and and now put into the oats crumbs and deep fry it.
  6. Now take a cabbage leave and put between the buns and put patty and cover it with second bun your burger is ready.
