Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Peeled carrots 6
  2. Butter 1 tbsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Chopped coriander leaves
  5. Honey 1 tbsp
  6. Juice of one lemon

Instructions

  1. Heat butter, add honey, salt, lime juice.
  2. Coat well on carrots
  3. Sprinkle chopped coriander
  4. Microwave at high for 5 min
