Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chicken 500 gms boneless
  2. Onions 4 sliced
  3. Almonds 20 to 25 soaked and skin removed
  4. Thick curd 2 cups
  5. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  6. 4 to 6 green chillies for spicy
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Green dhania handful
  9. Pudina handful

Instructions

  1. Clean wash and cut the chicken, marinate with ginger garlic paste, salt, green chillies. dhania, pudina.
  2. Leave it over night else atleast for 2 hrs
  3. Take a pan and fry sliced onions till pink
  4. Grind the paste
  5. De-skin almonds and grind them too
  6. Take a pan. Add oil and add whole garam masala (cinnamon, clove, cardamon, bay leaves) then add onion paste and fry for a min.
  7. Add almond paste and fry
  8. Add thick beaten curd and let it fry
  9. Decrease the flame
  10. Add the marinated chicken and let it cook till done
  11. Once done smoke the gravy(heat the charcoal, put in the middle, pour hot ghee and cover the lid)
  12. Garnish with fresh mint leaves
  13. Enjoy with chapatti or paratha or zeera rice
