Chicken Salad

Ingredients to make Chicken Salad

  • Chicken - 200 gms approx
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder - ¼ tsp
  • Curd - 1 Tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 thinly sliced
  • Green Chilli - 1 thinly sliced
  • Tomato - 1 thinly sliced
  • Carrot - 1 thinly sliced
  • Cabbage - ¼ cup thinly sliced
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
  • Mixed herbs as per taste
  • Few chopped coriander leaves

How to make Chicken Salad

  1. Mix the chicken with lemon juice, pepper powder or cracked, curd, salt to taste and keep aside for sometime.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the chicken for about 10 mins in low-medium heat.
  3. Let it cool down and shred the chicken in small pieces and add them to a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients, salt to taste, mix well and serve.
