ABOUT Chicken Salad RECIPE

Delicious chicken salad with some fresh crunchy veggies. Scrumptious and refreshing one.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken - 200 gms approx
  2. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  3. Pepper powder - ¼ tsp
  4. Curd - 1 Tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil - 1 tbsp
  7. Onion - 1 thinly sliced
  8. Green Chilli - 1 thinly sliced
  9. Tomato - 1 thinly sliced
  10. Carrot - 1 thinly sliced
  11. Cabbage - ¼ cup thinly sliced
  12. Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
  13. Mixed herbs as per taste
  14. Few chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix the chicken with lemon juice, pepper powder or cracked, curd, salt to taste and keep aside for sometime.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the chicken for about 10 mins in low-medium heat.
  3. Let it cool down and shred the chicken in small pieces and add them to a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients, salt to taste, mix well and serve.
