Strawberry Pudding

Ingredients to make Strawberry Pudding

  • 1 Cup - Fresh Strawberries
  • 2 to 3 - Digestive Biscuits
  • 15 to 18 - Almonds (you can replace it with any other nuts)
  • 1/2 cup - Fresh Cream
  • 3 to 4 tbsp - Condensed Milk
  • Cinnamon Powder - a pinch
  • Strawberry/Grapes/ any other fruit to decorate

How to make Strawberry Pudding

  1. Grind the almonds. Ensure it's not a fine powder (we're looking for small grain like consistency).
  2. Now take the digestive biscuits, and pulse it for few seconds so you get biscuit crumbs (not very fine crumbs).
  3. Puree the strawberries in a blender. Then add fresh cream, condensed milk, cinnamon powder. Blend it well.
  4. Take a small dessert glass. At the bottom put 1 Tbsp grounded almonds. Then pour the strawberry-cream mix. And top it with the biscuit crumbs.
  5. Decorate with fresh fruits of your choice. You can also add a little chocolate syrup on top.
  6. Yummy strawberry pudding is ready to be chilled before being served.

My Tip:

You can replace condensed milk and cream with fresh curd & honey. Instead of strawberries, you can try it with kiwi, or mango too.
