Ingredients to make Wheat flour bhatura

  • wheat flour- 2 cups
  • Rava- 2 tbsp
  • curd- 2 tbsp
  • sugar- 1 tsp
  • salt
  • baking soda- 1/2 tsp
  • oil- 1 tbsp

How to make Wheat flour bhatura

  1. Mix all ingredients with wheat flour .
  2. Take warm water as much as required to form a medium dough.
  3. Keep covered in warm place for 2 hours.
  4. Now keep oil for frying and take a ball of dough and roll bhatura.
  5. Fry on medium flame, pressing with the slotted spoon.
  6. As it puffs up turn to other side. Remove from oil and keep on absorbent paper.
  7. Serve hot with chole.

My Tip:

These bhatura are healthy as it does not have maida and can be eaten cold also, as it remains soft even after it becomes cold.
