How to make Pork Vindaloo

  1. Clean and wash pork thoroughly.
  2. Grind together garlic, jeera and Kashmiri chilli in vinegar
  3. In a thick bottom vessel mix together pork with the ground masala, bottle masala and salt.
  4. Cook on low flame (put some water on the lid BUT NOT IN PORK MIXTURE )

My Tip: Do not add water at any stage. Pork gets cooked in its own juices.
