Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 tabsp yellow moong
  2. 1 tabsp red chopped tomato
  3. 1 tabsp white chopped and peeled cucumber
  4. 1 tabsp green peas
  5. 1/2 tsp Salt
  6. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  7. 2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Soaked moong dal 2 hours and drain water. .
  2. Take a bowl and mix all ingredients.
  3. Add salt, black pepper and sprinkle lemon juice.
  4. Serve immediately.. and enjoy.
