  • curd 200 grams (Thick, not dairy one)
  • Indian blackberries 8-10 number
  • Condensed milk 2 tablespoon
  • For decoration :
  • pomegranate pearl few
  • mint leaves
  • Gems 2

How to make Indian BlackBerry(Jamun) flavoured Frozen yogurt

  1. Take curd in a muslin cloth and squeeze, so that excess water will drain out and you will get thick hung curd.
  2. Wash jamuns and cut in this way that seeds and skin (with pulp) will separate. Remove seeds
  3. Blend jamun pulp, hung curd and condensed milk nicely .
  4. Keep in freezer for about two hours or till set (freeze )
  5. Decorate and serve
