Ingredients to make Curd rings

  • Curd 2 cups
  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 4 tbsp
  • Green chilli chopped 1
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves chopped 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Chat masala

How to make Curd rings

  1. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilli to it and cook
  2. Add curd to the onions
  3. Add rice flour, salt and red chilli powder and mix well
  4. Cook this mixture for 2 minutes and turn off the gas
  5. Remove this mixture in a plate add coriander leaves, mint leaves and mix
  6. Take a small portion of dough, roll it and cut in a ring shape with the help of bottle cap or cutter
  7. Deep fry this rings in hot oil on medium flame
  8. Sprinkle some chat masala and serve hot with sauce and mayonnaise
