Ingredients to make Tomato wali bhindi

  • 1/4 kg ladys finger
  • Oil
  • 2 medium onions
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon sambar powder
  • Salt as required

How to make Tomato wali bhindi

  1. In a tawa, add oil, chopped ladys finger and fry it till the stickiness goes off. Keep it aside
  2. In a pan, add oil, heat it. Then add chopped onions and fry till translucent.
  3. Add in chopped tomatoes and fry till it turns soft.
  4. Season it with salt, sambar powder.
  5. Add sufficient water and cook it till done. Serve hot.

Use natti tomatoes for the tangy effect.
