Ingredients to make Lauki raita
- Lauki (bottle green) grated and boiled 1 small
- Curd 500 gms
- Garlic 4-5 cloves (crushed and add water 2-3 tsp)
- Mint chutney 1 tblspn
- Coriander leaves 1 tsp
- Dry ingredients :
- Salt to taste
- Black salt 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds roasted on tawa and crushed
- Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
