Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 big cucumber
  2. 1 bowl curd
  3. roasted jeera powder
  4. 1 teaspoon sugar
  5. salt (according to taste)
  6. 1/4 spoon black salt
  7. 1/4 spoon red chilli powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the cucumber. Grate it and drain the water.
  2. Add curd in a bowl and add all the ingredients (except cucumber) and mix properly to avoid lumps.
  3. Add the grated cucumber in curd and mix.
  4. Your raita is ready!
