Ingredients to make Green moong dal and oats dosa

  • Split green moong dal - 1 cup
  • Oats - 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli+ginger+garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Curd - 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For the chutney:
  • Corriander - 1 tbsp (You can add more as per your taste)
  • Green gram dal - 50 gms
  • Chillies - 3 to 4 (You can increase as per ur taste)
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Curd - 3 tbsp

How to make Green moong dal and oats dosa

  1. Soak green moong dal for 2 hours.
  2. Grind it along with curd in to a paste.
  3. Grind the oats and make fine powder.
  4. Mix the moong dal paste in the oats powder and adjust the consistency of the batter to a dosa consistency.
  5. Keep batter outside, in the sun - covered for 4-5 hours.
  6. Add salt to taste
  7. Mix everything and grind all the ingredients in mixer, adjust the consistency using water.
  8. On a nonstick pan spread one ladle of dosa, spread it and cook on both the sides. Dosa is ready.
