Spinach Raita

Ingredients to make Spinach Raita

  • 10-12 spinach leaves chopped and blanched
  • 400 gm curd
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 green chillies crushed
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder.

How to make Spinach Raita

  1. Take curd in a bowl, add spinach leaves to it
  2. Add ginger, salt, green chillies, half tsp cumin powder and mix well .
  3. For garnishing add remaining cumin seeds powder
  4. Refrigerate 2 hours and serve chilled
