Ingredients to make Punju fresh salad

  • 1 bunch salad leaves
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 6-8 as per choice white onions
  • 4-5 pieces kakdi (caled Tarr in Punjab)
  • Cherry tomatoes to garnish
  • One lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspn pepper
  • 1 tspn chaat masala

How to make Punju fresh salad

  1. Wash chop Salad leaves random
  2. Wash peel white onion bulbs, keep aside
  3. Chop tomatoes into cubes
  4. Now slit cut the kakdi into four long pieces
  5. Now mix tomtoes in the chopped salad leaves lightly
  6. Place to serve in a plate and arrange the kakdi around
  7. Now serve with the lemon salt and pepper sprinkled .
  8. Sprinkle chaat masala optional
