    Ingredients to make Rangeela pulao

    • 1 glass rice
    • 2 glass water
    • 1 cup chopped mix vegetables
    • 4 cloves
    • 4 green cardamoms
    • 1 big cardamom
    • salt (according to taste)
    • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
    • 3 spoons refined oil
    • 1 spoon desi ghee
    • 1/2 spoon red chilli powder or 2 green chillies

    How to make Rangeela pulao

    1. Put oil in a kadhai and add spices (cloves, cardamom, big cardamom).
    2. Add vegetables and roast for two minutes.
    3. Add salt and then cover with a lid. Cook for 1 minute
    4. Put rice, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder and mix for 1 minute.
    5. Now add 2 glass water and cover and cook on high flame.
    6. When it shows 1 boil, remove the lid a little and cook on sim flame till the water dries.
    7. Turn off the gas. Add desi ghee and then cover with a lid for five minutes.
    8. Mix and serve hot.
