ABOUT Sprouts Salad RECIPE

It is a very quick & easy recipe and rich in proteins, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. A very good choice for diet conscious people.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Sprouted moong Beans - 1/2 cup
  2. Sprouted chickpea - 1/4 cup
  3. Sprouted peanuts - 2 tbsp
  4. English cucumber - 3 tbsp (Chopped)
  5. Tomato - 3 tbsp (Chopped)
  6. Onion - 2 tbsp (Chopped)
  7. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  8. Black Salt - 1/4 tsp
  9. Coriander leaves - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Add a small amount of water in a pan and boil the sprouted moong beans, chickpea & peanuts for 5 minutes.
  2. When it cools, add the chopped rest ingredients then add lime juice.
  3. Mix it well & serve.
  4. Enjoy!!!
