Ingredients to make Tangy Mango Pista Kulfi

  • Mango puree 1 bowl
  • Thick yogurt 1 bowl
  • Chopped pistachios 2 tbs
  • Chopped almonds 2 tbs
  • Sugar 3 tbs or as needed
  • For Garnish :
  • Chopped pistachio
  • Mint leaves

How to make Tangy Mango Pista Kulfi

  1. Keep ready all ingredients.
  2. Take a bowl add yogurt mango puree and sugar into it.
  3. Now blend it properly.
  4. Add vanilla extract and again blend it.
  5. Now pour it in bowl and add chopped almond and pistachio.
  6. Mix all well and pour it in kulfi mould.
  7. Keep your kulfi mould in deep fridge for over night or 8 to 9 hours for to set.
  8. After 8 to 9 hours kulfi is ready to serve.
  9. Keep this kulfi mould under running water for a minute.
  10. Now after that take out each one carefully and roll it in chopped pistachio.
  11. This yummy mango kulfi is ready for your sweet tooth.
My Tip: Keep over night will be good for set up of kulfi.
