Ingredients to make Chow mein with chicken and egg

  • Chow mein 1 packet
  • Cabbage, carrot, capsicum thinly sliced 1.5 cup
  • Onion sliced 1
  • Egg 3
  • Chicken thinly sliced and marinated with 1 tsp of cornflour, salt, pepper 9 pcs
  • Black pepper 1 tspn
  • Soya sauce 1 tbspn
  • Tomato sauce as per taste
  • Chilli sauce as per taste
  • Salt
  • Oil 1 tbspn

How to make Chow mein with chicken and egg

  1. Boil the noodles for about 6-7 mins. Then drain it and coat with oil.
  2. Heat a pan add 1 tspn oil fry the chicken pieces.
  3. When it is done take out.
  4. Heat little oil make egg bhurji but it should be big pieces. When done take out.
  5. Heat oil put onion, capsicum saute for 3 mins. Then add rest veggies. Cook for a minute.
  6. Then add the noodles, black pepper, salt and all sauces.
  7. Mix it properly. Serve hot.
