Ingredients to make Minty rava roasted bell peppers toast

  • Bread slices 8 (white or brown)
  • semolina 1/2 cup
  • curd 1/2 cup
  • Bell peppers 1/2 cup (red, green, yellow) roasted on gas flame after applying some oil for few minutes
  • carrot 1 grated
  • Green chilli 1 chopped
  • mint leaves 1 tablespoon chopped
  • coriander leaves 1 tablespoon chopped
  • salt to taste
  • Chat masala 1/2 tablespoons

How to make Minty rava roasted bell peppers toast

  1. Mix curd and semolina and make a batter, set aside for 20 minutes. So that semolina become fluffy..
  2. After 20 minutes check its consistency if needed then add water.
  3. Now add chopped vegetables and salt, green chilli, mint and coriander leaves. Mix it well.
  4. Now heat a tawa and apply oil on it. Apply this batter on one side of bread and cook on tawa on low flame.
  5. When cooked turn it and cook another side. Apply oil.
  6. When cook from both sides remove it from tawa.
  7. Cut it into any shape. Serve it with any chutney of your Choice​.
  8. In the same way cook another slices.

My Tip:

If you wish you can apply this batter on both sides. You can add vegetables of your choice.
