Ingredients to make Nacho Boats

  • Nachos (I used Cornitos sizzling jalapenos) 1/2 packet
  • Boiled potato - 1
  • cucumber - 1
  • tomato - 1
  • Orange carrot - 1
  • capsicum small - 1
  • Thousand Island Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper - 1/4 tbsp
  • Oregano flakes - 2 tbsp (for garnishing)

How to make Nacho Boats

  1. Chop all the ingredients finely.
  2. Add the thousand Island mayonnaise in it.
  3. Add black pepper in it
  4. There is not need to add the salt for two reasons
  5. One is that nachos have access salt in it and second the mixture will get bit watery.
  6. Now place the nachos, take that which are not cracked or broken.
  7. Place the mixture with spoon on every nacho.
  8. Sprinkle the oregano flakes on it
  9. Serve as it is !
  10. Place the mixture on nachos at the time of serving only else it will get soggy.
