Ingredients to make Dubki maar paneer in kuttu katori- Navratri Special

  • Kuttu atta - 2 cups
  • paneer - 200 gms
  • Boiled potato - 2
  • tomatoes - 4
  • green chillies -3
  • milk -1/4 cup
  • Red chili powder
  • turmeric powder (optional)
  • oil
  • sendha salt

How to make Dubki maar paneer in kuttu katori- Navratri Special

  1. Make a dough of kuttu atta adding sendha salt, a bit of milk and water and keep it aside.Grind tomatoes and 2 chillies and make a paste.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat, add tomato paste into it. Cook for 5 mins.
  3. After oil separates from the paste add sendha salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder to it.
  4. Add 1/2 cup water in it, let it cook for 5 minutes, add paneer chunks and boiled potato chunks in it and cover it with a lid until cooked. Remove from heat.
  5. Next take the dough, make a poori and take a small sized steel katori and paste the chapati outside the katori. Prick with a fork all ove rit.
  6. Heat the oil in a deep pan,put the steel katori with dough layer on it.After 1 -2 minutes the steel katori automatically gets separated from the kuttu katori. Repeat with the all the katoris.
  7. Now take a kuttu katori and put the paneer with gravy in it and serve with green chilli garnishing.

My Tip:

You can use coriander for taste and garnishing. It will taste yummy.
