Ingredients to make Mango cheese cake

  • 10 Marie biscuit
  • 10 Parle biscuit or anyways if you want
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • One half cup hung curd
  • One cup whipped cream beated
  • One tablespoon Amul fresh cream
  • One tablespoon China grass
  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 1/2 glass water
  • Half cup powdered sugar

How to make Mango cheese cake

  1. Take Marie and Parle biscuits and blend it in a mixer .
  2. Add butter and mix it
  3. Set in a mould. And keep it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  4. Take China grass and water.
  5. Heat both on a stove and continuously stir it.
  6. Keep aside and let it cool
  7. In mixing bowl take hung curd, 1/4 cup powder sugar, butter, cream and 1 tbsp China grass
  8. In another mixing bowl take whipping cream and beat It
  9. Add whipped cream in hung curd mixture mix it well. Cream cheese mixture is ready
  10. Apply cream cheese on biscuit base and set in freeze 20 minutes
  11. Now take rest of China grass and water mixture, add powder sugar on stove
  12. Add mango puree and continuously stir it for 15 minutes till it become thick.
  13. Cool it down to the room temperature
  14. Pour it on cream cheese mixture. Keep in fridge 1 or 1 1/2 hour till it became set.
  15. Demold it...ready...
  16. Yummy....
