Sprouted moong served with onion tomato and cucumber

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup sprouted moong
  2. 1 onion chopped
  3. 1 tomato deseeded and chopped
  4. 1/2 cucumber chopped
  5. 1 green chilli
  6. Salt as taste
  7. 1 tsp chat masala
  8. Lemon juice
  9. coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. First steam moong in little water for 3 mins.
  2. After 3 mins release the pressure other wise moong color change .
  3. As moong cool down, mix chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, salt, green chili, chat masala, lemon juice and mix well. Decorate with coriander leaves and enjoy healthy salad.
