ABOUT Greek salad RECIPE

Authentic Greek salad, delicious and tasty

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Feta cheese 150 gms
  2. Cherry tomatoes 8-10
  3. Onion 1, diced
  4. Black Olives 10
  5. Cucumber 1, diced
  6. Bellpepper 1, diced
  7. Olive oil 100ml
  8. Oregano 2 tbsp
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut feta, cucumber, capsicum and onion of same size.
  2. Cut cherry tomatoes in halves (if not available you can use regular tomatoes).
  3. Mix all the ingredient in a bowl except olive oil
  4. Toss the ingredients gently.
  5. Add olive oil and once again toss the salad.
  6. Enjoy your fresh and healthy Greek salad
