  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream
  • 2 tsp fresh cream
  • 2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pinch saffron dissolved in 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp chopped pista
  • 1 tbsp chopped almond

How to make Yoghurt kesar pista icecream

  1. In a jar put yogurt, condensed milk, saffron milk, whipped cream, fresh cream.
  2. Whisk until get smooth and light.
  3. Add chopped pista, chopped almond and mix .
  4. Pour mixture in a bowl or tin.
  5. Sprinkle some chopped pista, almond on the top and keep the ice cream batter in freezer for 8-10 hours or over night.
