Ingredients to make Tari vala kathal ( Raw Jackfruit)

  • Kaccha (raw Jackfruit) kathal 250 gram
  • olive oil for deep fry the kathal
  • 2 onion (1 for making paste) and another one cut into small pieces
  • lehsun (garlic) 3-4 kali
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 teaspoon haldi powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon dhaniya powder
  • salt according to taste

How to make Tari vala kathal ( Raw Jackfruit)

  1. Take raw kathal slices into a bowl then wash it properly and keep it for 2-3 minutes for dry
  2. Now take oil in a pan (can use any oil, I used only olive oil for making it more healthy ) now deep fry kathal
  3. Now take 1 onion with all masale and garlic into a mixer and grind it
  4. After this take this fried kathal into a plate now remove oil from the pan and only put 2-3 spoon oil into the pan, again now add small pieces of onion and saute this grind masala after frying all adding fried kathal and 1 glass water and boil it for 10- 15 minutes
  5. Now dish ready
