It's use is so vast and versatile that gives us so many options to experiment in our own way. Today I made a very popular, easiest yet yummiest dessert using ripen alphanso mangoes. Shrikhand, is made in many flavors and I can say it tastes best in each and every one. But as mango season is in it's farewell time, so thought to try mango shrikhand and believe me it's much more yummier than it looks. Just heavenly flavors, so creamy without adding any cream to it.
